The one-time installation fee covers the complete setup of your CCTV system, including mounting the cameras, configuring the network settings, and ensuring everything is fully operational. This fee is separate from the monthly rental to maintain transparency in billing.
Can I expand my current system with more cameras later?
Absolutely! Our CCTV systems are designed to be scalable. You can add additional cameras anytime to meet the evolving security needs of your home or business. Simply contact us, and we’ll assist you with the seamless integration of new cameras into your existing setup.
What happens if a camera stops working or gives any issues?
Should any issues arise with your cameras, our “Lifetime Maintenance” service agreement ensures that maintenance and repairs are covered.

How do I view the footage from my cameras?
You can view live and recorded footage from your cameras remotely using our user-friendly app available for both iOS and Android devices. This app allows you to monitor your property from anywhere in the world, provided you have internet access.
Do I need internet for the system to work?
Yes, a stable internet connection with WiFi capabilities is required to ensure that your CCTV system functions optimally. This connectivity allows for remote monitoring and access to real-time footage.
Are there additional costs for consumables during installation?
Yes, any consumables required during the installation process, such as extra cables or additional fittings, will be billed on-site. This ensures that you only pay for what is needed for your specific installation, avoiding unnecessary costs.
What happens to my cameras at the end of the 36-month service agreement?
At the end of your 36-month service agreement, you have the option to buy out the contract, which allows you to own your system outright.
Alternatively, you can choose to continue your monthly contributions at a reduced rate, which will include ongoing lifetime maintenance.
What happens to my cameras if I move?
If you decide to move, we provide a camera removal and reinstallation service. This service is available for a one-time installation fee, giving you the flexibility to take your Smart WiFi cameras with you.
